About David Roth
My North American parents made aliyah to the newborn State in 1949, and I grew up in one of Jerusalem's historic neighborhoods. Today
I live in Modiin with my wife and four children.
With a degree in geography and history and official tour guide training, I have been leading North American families and groups on tours of Israel for more than 15 years.
As an Israeli son of American parents, I see my work as a special opportunity to help you connect to Israeli society and experience daily life in Israel. I want you to feel that Israel is your home and that we are, in fact, one big family.
My passion for and vast knowledge of biblical, historic and modern Israel, along with my experience working with the tourism industry, enables me to plan and lead the ideal tour for your family or group. I customize each itinerary to fit the different interests, participant ages, time frame, budget and accommodation style of each group. As a father, I am especially adept at customizing tracks and activities to meet the needs of children, and I know how to communicate with them in a clear, patient and interesting manner.
In addition to seeing the country's unique sites and scenery, I believe that getting to know the real Israel requires opening the door to Israeli society through informal gatherings and daily interactions with local residents.
